Whilst every effort is made to despatch all orders
immediately, please allow 28 days for delivery.
We endevour to despatch all orders received within
48 hours.

Refunds & Returns
Faulty Items:
Please call or contact us to discuss any faulty products we will then instruct you how to return if necessary.
Returning goods:
Little Tots Boutique wants all its customers to be totally satisfied with their goods. Should you be dissatisfied, for whatever reason, email us so we can arrange a refund or an exchange for an alternative item. Any return must be authorised within 10 days of delivery and must be returned in a re-saleable condition and in its original packaging. Refunds will only be processed upon receipt of returned goods. We are unable to refund carriage costs Once we have received your returned goods, we will refund your money in full, using the same payment method.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will
only use the information that we collect about you lawfully.
If we collect information about you via online forms, it is
for 2 reasons:
firstly, to process the service we offer and secondly,
to provide you with the best possible website experience.
